The correct way is to freeze TRX since the more amount you have frozen, the less risk you will have to proceed to burn your TRX in any transaction.
You can always check it from Tronstation.io/calculator.
There are two ways:-
- Freeze TRX to obtain Energy
- LEase Energy from Tronlending(however, it depends on the liquidity in the Lending market)
That's the wrong screenshot. It asks you to compare it with the resource consumption in borrow function of JustLend.
Here is the correct screenshot of the borrow function(of your last interaction with JutsLend).

On comparison with the swap function of Justswap, you will find that it takes more time to execute a borrow function in VM, hence more Energy.
Please note that Energy consumption varies from one smart contract to the other and it also depends in the type of function. Evidently, "borrow function" consumes more energy.

- The author has produced real transactions to demonstrate the consumption of Bandwidth & Energy.
- The author has included all the relevant screenshots(except one) required for this task. However, quality analysis is missing(comparison of resource consumption)
