Club5050 Status in general

The users who have earned SBD and transferred STEEM both, to be eligible for Club5050, must meet both the requirements:-

  • They must power up 50% of the payout.
  • Their power-up must match at least an equivalent amount of STEEM transferred to exchanges.

Put simply, it should be greater of the two.

Example,

Suppose you have earned 100 SBD(~1100 STEEM), and if you have powered up 50 SBD equivalent of STEEM(~ 550 STEEM). But you have transferred 600 STEEM during the specified period, then the power-up should be 600, not 550.

Club5050 status in Crypto Academy

An additional threshold of 150 STEEM Power Up has been introduced in SCA(Season 5, to all the tiers including Beginner-Fixed) to validate your Club5050 status regardless of your payout and earning during a specified period(i.e. last one month).

This is applicable for both active and inactive users. The upper threshold is subject to your cashout and earning for the specified period.

Example-1

User X has earned 10 SBD(~110 STEEM) during the last month, he has powered up all the SBD, i.e. 110 STEEM. He is not eligible to partake in SCA. In that case, the user should either buy 40 STEEM and power up or should keep producing content outside Academy until he/she earns the remaining 40 STEEM to make it 150 STEEM Power up in the last one month; then he/she can partake in Academy.

Example-2

User Y has not earned at all because he was inactive during the last month or so. In that case, the user should either buy 150 STEEM and power up or should keep producing content outside Academy until he/she earns 150 STEEM to make it 150 STEEM Power up in the last one month; then he/she can partake in Academy.

Example-3

User Z has earned 100 SBD(~1100 STEEM) during the last month, he has powered up 50% of the SBD, i.e. 550 STEEM. But during that period he has also transferred 700 STEEM to the exchanges. He is not eligible to partake in SCA on the ground of #club5050.

Remember, it should be greater of the two:-

  • The user must power up 50% of the payout.
  • The power-up must also match at least an equivalent amount of STEEM transferred to exchanges.

So, in this case, the user should power up 700 STEEM(not 550 STEEM) to validate his/her #club5050 status in Steemit Crypto Academy.

good

Hello @sapwood, thanks for the information.
I have an issue though, I have completed my task 6 in the beginners fixed courses, the work has been reviewed and curated accordingly, but I've not been labelled by you for. That task. Kindly take out time from your busy schedule to label me. Thanks.

I will update all the labels by evening.

Thank you.

Yes, you can easily manage to power up another 15 STEEM and participate in SCA, Season-5

ok professor, thank you

Its very hard for nee users thay are working hard but criteria about powerup is to hard so kindly review your decsion again

Hello dear @sapwood.

I see that in examples 1 and 2 the participant must buy Steem if they don't own it and turn it on in order to be eligible.

But I have also noticed that the tool you uses (https://scribe.steemcryptic.me/club5050) does not take into account whether the participant has bought, as it does not take into account the deposits.

In my particular case, I deposited Steem and turned it on, and this has not been taken into account until now, I think that I must continue to wait to be able to be led within the 5050 club despite having made this deposit, since this part is not check out.

I am afraid that this error will continue to be made when reviewing the participants, since it has happened with me and I think I will be like that until I exceed the date on which my ignitions and withdrawals are balanced, since the system does not look at the deposits.

I think it is very important to take into account this weakness or lack of the system.

Thank you very much for your great work. Warm greetings.

Thank you so much.

Hi prof. @sapwood

After reviewing this application https://www.steemcryptic.me//club5050 I keep noticing that it doesn't really add the deposits to the account.

Case 1:

That is, if I make a withdrawal, and then buy steem to make up for it.

Case 2:

Or if I simply buy Steem to power Up, the system does not reflect this purchase anywhere. It is only reflecting the withdrawals.

How is it possible that this system does not reflect the deposits?

I am no longer discussing this for myself, as this no longer affects me, I am already in accounts with Club5050. But I must say it for the other users who will be affected by this cause.

I really want these cases to be considered and that this system that you offer correct this, and add the deposits to the accounts that you make.

Thanks for the attention.

I need clarity and want to know if I am eligible or not. Thanks in advance.

Yes, I have 150SP and I'm ready to go!!

sorry prof, I don't understand why I don't qualify #club5050 on the professor's assessment. You can see below that I got 22.376 SBD last month, then gradually I transferred 13.5 SBD (12 +1.5), and immediately did a power-up. of course, 13.5 has exceeded the provisions, even 61.67%.

Remember, it should be greater of the two:-

  • The user must power up 50% of the payout.
  • The power-up must also match at least an equivalent amount of STEEM transferred to exchanges.

rbb.png

In your case you have earned 27.566 SBD, the STEEM equivalent is 322.161. So 50% of 322 is 161 STEEM and you have powered up 175.844 STEEM.

But you have also transferred 413 STEEM during this period.

Greater of the two-- Greater of 161 and 413 STEEM= 413 STEEM

So your STEEM power up should be at least 413 STEEM during the specified period.

Thank you.

Wooow I lov your explanations and examples professor. I have no doubts now concerning club5050 and I will always make sure I don't broke the rules of club5050

Please sir @sapwood, what of me that I have been helping some of my newbies at times to transfer them some of my STEEM so that they could do their power ups, is this also considered as transfers?

Again, I have been of help to some Steemians on my community as I usually borrow them some of my SBD so that they can pay back after. Right now I have recently given out 5SBD to a Steemian who badly needed it, he is going to pay me back when he has it. So is it also considered as transfer?

Again we have what we call Cameroon steemit njangi which we play every week and it's very good because half of the liquid SBD we play is usually use to power up our steemcameroon account with. Here is the link to best understand what our njangi is all about. So is that also considered cash out?

I wait to here your reply and also know if I'm qualified professor @sapwood

Thanks professor. I want you to confirm something for me, if are not participating in the #club5050 you can’t partake in the fixed courses right??

if are not participating in the #club5050 you can’t partake in the fixed courses right??

That's correct.

#club5050 with a min threshold of 150 STEEM power-up is now a part of the comprehensive eligibility criteria in SCA, hence applicable to all the tiers including Beginner[Fixed].

Thank you.

Thank you

Sir please, if you organize a contest and transfer steem to the winners is it classified as cashout??

Thanks for this detailed explanation @sapwood and it is very helpful. Great work done as always.

Great job. Thanks for the explanation

Please sir @sapwood most of my fixed task that i have done, are yet to be reviewed by any prof and it's 4days already. I need help please.

So it means every person that wants to participate in the crypto academy must power up a minimum of 150 Steem per month and his transfers out must NOT be greater than his power up within the same period....I hope I am right @sapwood ?

That's correct.

Please @sapwood does it mean the 150 steem power-up will be enough for the elegibility of both the Academy and the club5050 without transfers to Exchanges and weekly power-ups?

I signed up yesterday and posted an easy way to trade with the world. Please visit only once. Thank you.

Sir please review my account if I'm eligible to partake in the SCA.

Does participation in general in the academy tasks hinge on user powering up 150 steem in the last month or 150 steem plus withdrawals
