The contests running in the second week of the steem engagement challenge season one are excellent. The contest run by the SteemitCryptoAcademy community is, Steemit Crypto Academy Contest / S11W2 -: Reputation on Steem Blockchain .. I will participate in this competition with pleasure. Reputation is something that depends on people's competence skills and activities. This is very normal but reputation in steemit Blockchain can be different. Although it does note several similarities with the normal reputation. Reputation on the Steem Blockchain is one's own competence, skills and activities. Reputation is what we see next to steemian's name.
We all know that when we created the account the reputation was (25). Gradually our reputation grows by contributing with own activities, activities and steemit. As you can see in the screenshot I mentioned. This is basically reputation.

It increases normally but it depends on the votes in your account. Your profile reputation will increase based on the voting ratings you get through your posts or comments. That is, when you get a large range of upvotes, your reputation will increase more and if you get a small range of upvotes, your reputation will increase less. For proper understanding we can see from steemworld.
Marked is the main reputation. That is, it is understood that reputation grows gradually. But here your activity and voting of the post will depend on the evaluation.
Also your reputation will increase when you get valuable upvotes on your posts. As such I have attached a screenshot below highlighting the issue of the downvote. With such valuable upvotes your profile reputation will continue to grow.

You must be more active to increase reputation on steemit platform. I know that to grow your reputation on the steemit platform you need to build your reputation through regular posts and valuable comments on others' posts. Then I'll qualify for valuable upvotes from other users. And I must work hard to get valuable upvotes. I will definitely take that path as I can increase my reputation. And for that I will get upvote from other users and valuable support from sc01 and sc02. Valuable upvote from sc01 and sc02 will help my reputation grow faster.
So I will work hard enough to get valuable upvotes from sc01 and sc02. Also, I will try to get upvote by regularly posting and contributing to the steemit platform. I think getting votes from 01/02 is the best way to increase my reputation fast. So I will regularly create valuable content and be quite active. So I want to say one thing that you should focus on your own activism and ongoing projects of steemit team to increase your reputation on steemit platform.

It's normal for reputations to wax and wane. It's normal for my reputation score to go down. For example, if I have plagiarized, AI generated or any other abuse in a post then anyone has the power to downvote my post. Also my account may be flagged which may cause my reputation to go down. It should be clear that the more sp-completed accounts are downvoted, the more your reputation goes down. I'm sure any user's profile can be downvoted if their posts are flagged or downvoted. Below I have added an instructional screenshot.
But I don't think it's ethical to downvote unnecessarily. However, I am aware that my or your account's reputation on the steemit platform may go down. But if you exist in the right way then no one can easily lay a finger on your reputation. So I will work honestly and not to downvote.

Las habilidades y actividades que realizas en la plataforma y la propia competencia son tus banderas que sostienen tu reputación. Puedo interpretar que el trabajo duro y competitivo harán que tengas relevancia y notoriedad en la plataforma, de alguna manera la reputación trata de valorar eso.
Aclaras que la reputación depende de los votos recibidos y sobre todo de las grandes cuentas con alto SP y/o alta reputación.
Comparto el valor ético de votar negativamente, nuestra reputación está vulnerable a disminuir y cualquiera sin razón justa puede votarte negativamente. Esta parte me crea mucha polémica, creo que es un punto débil de las reglas, pues la reputación no debería ser tocada tan fácilmente.
