Hi, Greetings to Crypto and engagement fellows, Hopefully everyone will be great here. Once again I got good opportunity to research and able to share my acknowledgement on different themes of engagement challenges. I am pleased to deliver my perspective on Steemit Crypto Academy Contest / S10W3 - Reward System on Steemit Blockchain in an well informative and organized community of steemit is SteemitCryptoAcademy . Hopefully my participation will meet the requirements of engagement challenge.

Does the attribution of rewards on steemit follow the same convergent linear reward curve since its creation or has it undergone some modifications? If yes, talk about the causes of this change?

Since the steemit platform freelanced, the awards have not been delivered in the same way. The Quadratic Linear Reward, which divides rewards among steemit users based on the mentioning quadratic equation,

was selected as the rewards distribution ratio when the Steemit blockchain was launched and created in 2016 to facilitate the content writers for grooming thier writing skills and earnings with respect to quality based contents.

Steemit users independently finding and editing information according to their own interests and judgment is called isolated treatment. With this strategy, each user is free to choose how to organize their content without outside coordination or interference. Users can express their individual preferences and interests through isolated curation, which can lead to the promotion of a wide range of content.

On the other hand, community curation requires the cooperation and coordination of users for the collective processing of information. It can take many different forms, including curated content lists, community-driven voting campaigns, or open curation standards. The goal of community curation is to gather the collective wisdom and opinions of a group of people to find and promote excellent material that aligns with the community's beliefs and goals.

My preferences to express what I should for go to quality contents on steemit Blockchain

I am here and progressing on steemit just because of steemit community curating support of my sharing quality contents. It means I will definitely go with community curation just because of it's equality based distribution of rewards and support of engagement and active community authors.

Community Curation involve organized team and collaborative effort to work for community grow and truly work to guide thier community users for improve their quality contents and encourage them by distributing rewards on their participations and quality posts. Sot the selection of supporting community curation or isolation curation is vary on their values and goals for growing on steemit Blockchain.

Community Curation not only a source of financial contribution to thier community users also make a reason to facilitate community users and new comers in different productive ways such as

• Community users who are verified by the community leader or a steemit team mentors can participate in different community contests, share diary game o daily bases through this they can active in community and highlights in front of community admin and mods to get chance to for extra rewards or got opportunity to become Mod of community as well.

• If a community user have committed and dedicated with steemit then user can get chance to enhance its Steem Power by getting rewards in their sharing quality contents.

• Through getting financial contribution, Community user can develop strong bonding with community through delegation their Steem Power and can enhance their Reputation as well.

• Steemit users can develop their analytical and creative skills by curating and reviewing reviewing their contents through community Mods or Admin. Curation involves evaluating the quality content ration, and impact of knowledge, which can help steemit users to improve their critical thinking, communication, and decision-making skills for sharing their best one publication to grow in the Blockchain of steemit through effcetive community curation potentials.
