In simple terms, The very first block in the blockchain ledger is called the Genesis blockchain. It works as the foundation upon in which all interlinked blocks are built and serves as the hub of the entire blockchain network. It establishes the beginning of blockchain formation.
The Genesis block is essential in Steem Blockchain for storing the transactions information in accurate.In which a chain of blocks is formed by interlinked all dependent blocks to this first block using to other for supporting transaction data in quantitative form . Because each block is interconnected to last one block , thus preserving the integrity and immutability of the recorded data, this chain of blocks is what gives blockchain its name.

By getting informative of required question, I have visited Steemyy web to know the lastest time of Genesis Block. Here's with you can see that latest time of Steemit Blockchain with the help of Genesis Block which is right now 4:05Pm from the formated time period 2023-03-24 . To calculate the age of Steem Blockchain which is 7.42 chain showing in vertical key factor. At this time , The latest Head Block Produced the figure #77565264 accordingly to the time duration 25-07-2923 , 13:21:30 showing in the picture above.
Mathematical expression required to calculate age of Steem Blockchain using the time of Genesis Block and the last Block Produced.
77565264*3 = 232,695,792 Sec
232,695,792÷60 = 3,878,263.2 Min
3,878,263.2÷60 = 64,637.72 Hours
64,637.72÷24 = 2,693.2383 Days
2,693.2383 ÷ 365 = 7.37 Years.
In simple terms , we can say that When the blockchain network is not active or not working as in its way of process, it is referred to as downtime of a Blockchain. There can be many factors behind of this which influence the effective working of Blockchain such as software bugs, network slowdowns, cyber attacks, device failures and software updates etc.

Yes, I have also faced personal experience while using Steemit by writing my articles on it. Sometimes post hadn't published and shown also. And some times Steemit doest work. But this problem occured for short time due to couple of reasons behind of it. After a short time problem automatic resolved. That's why I never worried about it.

But recently, TRX is not working, I tried couple of times in consecutive days but I think yes , There will be down time scenario behind of this. The trading rate is very favourable to buy Steem in 2.47 Recent TRX value and 1.056 Expecting value of TRX. Hopefully this matter will resolved soon. So that we can easily trade TRX and buy Steem for using it Power up.
