This is my first homework post in Crypto Academy Community and it has always been my dream to be actively participating in this great community since joining steemit.

WHAT IS PoB
Valuable content in steemit are rewarded based on their originality since plagiarism is prohibited in this steemit community. Works or posts of people are rated and rewarded accordingly through voting. The reward pool (65% of the total), the stake-weighted mechanism (SP) and the wisdom of the people put together is known as the Proof-of-Brain (PoP).
WHAT DOES CURATION MEAN TO YOU IN STEEM BLOCKCHAIN?
Curation is a way of rewarding the content or work of people on steemit. As we create content, comment on posts and vote, we acquire steem power (sp) which helps increase our voting value. Curation also has to do with reading a post and checking for plagiarism or checking to see if the context is original so it can obtain a positive vote. A post can also obtain a negative vote it it is a bad one.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF BUILDING SP ?
Steem power (sp) is precisely an influence power and it is also an investment. The more your steem power the more your influence on steemit. The reward mechanism always favor those who have higher steem power, and the long term holding of steem power also adds to community building.

Greater influence within steemit community.
It helps add value to your account.
Its helps build your influence and that influences your chance of getting more followers.
HOW DO YOU EXPLAIN SELF- UPVOTE AS A GOOD OR BAD SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR & WHY?
Personally, I think it is a bad social behaviour to practice self- upvote. An author of a specific work cannot curate his or her own work. It is not the best thing to do even though there are no specific rules that says you should or you shouldn't. In my opinion, it is more advisable to allow others read your post and judge if it is original and deserves a vote. We all do post works that don't get to be voted on and thats how the platform works sometimes. Others should be the judge of our work not we the author.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT TOKENS DO YOU EARN BY SOCIALIZING IN STEEM BLOCKCHAIN?
Initially the tokens that were obtained in steemit were STEEM, SBD and SP, but with the TRX integration in steemit wallet, steem users can also earn TRX reward for the social activities in Steem Blockchain.
CONCLUSION
Steemit is really a great platform for content creating since it is a legitimate and trusted source of income through the creation of original content on various communities in steemit.
