Fighting against the Spirit of unbelief
It is quite sad to know that the spirit of unbelief and fear can cripple any church, where there is unbelief and fear, it could result in rebellion. Going by this it is important to avoid the spirit of unbelieve and fears in the Church of God because the dangers of such is unimaginable. In the above scripture that serves as our reference source, we could vividly say that Joshua and Calab stopped the supposed rancor that would have ensued. The peoples heart was worried once they received the news about the people who occupied in the land that they were planning to enter and dwell, they saw impossibility although the two tried their best to make them courageous. indeed it only takes a man that has been separated to dare to think and act differently in situations where the default style is broken. Judging from the number of people who went to spy the city - twelve of them and ten of the twelve reported negativity and impossibility which two saw possibility. This most have been a big tie. two men against ten.
However, Joshua's rule in bringing thee people together to see beyond the giants but see victory was very unusual. Of course it would only take a seperated life to do that, you too can do same in your environment starting with you. Joshua and Caleb fought and conquered their fears and and we also able to fight the fears of the people of Israel using God's words. Thus, Joshua and Caleb used the word of God to convince them as seen in the reference Bible portion. He said, "only rebel ye not against the Lord, neither fear ye the people of the land". Thank God for those two brethren who rescued those people from being destroyed. Remember that God actually called the, out of Egypt so that they can worship Him. God fought for them, destroying Pharaoh and his man. Hence it will be a total waste of time if the people stayed back from possessing the land which He had promised them. Do you know that that would have made God look like a lair? Beloved,, I wish that you would today chose to be different, to stand out from the crowd, to take up responsibility and to be upright.
Be like Samuel when he was a boy in Eli's house. I pray the Holy Ghost to hep you fight your fears right now in Jesus name, God bless you all in Jesus name, amen.
