When we enter a company or organization, the first thing we are taught is its “Vision and Mission”, with which the members that make up the organization must be identified.

Vision helps us create the image of where we want to go and how we want to see ourselves as a company in a defined time. In the same way, the Mission helps us describe the motive or reason for being of an organization. These two elements are important to guide the efforts, knowledge and skills of the human resources that operate in the organization.

In the verbatim words of our sister @darlenys01, she suggests that: “our mission and vision goes further, we are called to empower each individual of faith by offering technological tools for personal growth and that it reaches their community, we would be speaking of a lifestyle based on the application of techniques, experiences and knowledge that help us to strengthen the economic, productive and social model of the world's families”.

With the HeartChurch International Ministry it is intended to equip each member of this ministry with technological tools, with the intention of helping them develop a lifestyle based on the application of these tools that allow them to be productive in their community under a production scheme social and with a sense of belonging.

One of the requirements to be a member of the International HeartChurch Ministry is "Have a plan in your community, family and staff to develop." With this premise, what concerns the Vision and Mission of HeartChurch should be put into practice.

Yesterday afternoon some members of the HeartChurch Ministry of the city of Cantaura met to rethink the participation of the members in both HeartChurch and community work under the scheme of social production.

At the meeting my brother @elpastor explained to us about the new guidelines for formal membership in the HeartChurch Ministry and recommended that we have a more active and dynamic participation with the community. We agreed to hold another meeting to develop a work plan with community participation and extreme biosecurity measures due to the pandemic.

Present at the meeting were: @oscar20, @dali13, @marirodriguez, @ katty24, @mamidalia and @elpastor

The work plan will be geared towards putting into practice the Vision and Mission of HeartChurch International Ministry.

We were also informed by @elpastor that the posts we make on our blog should focus on talking about the HeartChurch Vision and Mission as well as other community issues.
