MESSAGE

The dominion mandate is man's certificate of occupancy to operate here on earth without being challenged by things or circumstances that have been put under his charge.

In order to exploit dominion, you must first and foremost have an operational base or environment.
(Genesis 2:15)

Exploiting dominion is not creating a system of oppression, but functioning to enable productivity and creativity to thrive.

For anyone to remain relevant within his domain, then capacity building and expansion is not an option, but a MUST.

The ability to build capacity was infused into every man at creation, but inability to consciously put it to work, causes men to loose their territory.
(Genesis 1:28)

Every shining star in every field of endeavor that we can see today had to go the extra mile in building capacity which separated them from their mates today.
(2nd Timothy 1:6)

You cannot be ignored if you build your capacity to the highest level.

No matter the plans, prophesies and even laying of hands by anyone, without capacity building which enables you to increase your content, you may never come to your full potential in life.
(Galatians 4:1-2)

Capacity building is very important if you must command the attention of the world around you to make them bow before you.
(1st Kings 10:1-7)

  • HOW DO I EXPLOIT DOMINION BY BUILDING CAPACITY

1.) You must have a desire.
(Proverbs 18:1, 2nd Chronicles 1:10-12)

• Capacity building begins by desire, because God will never give a man more than he desires.

2.) Through self evaluation of your output.
(Genesis 1:3-5)

Without proper sincere self evaluation, one may never get full mastery of his potentials and abilities in life.

If God didn't evaluate His creation, He would have ended with just creating light and darkness.

3.) Through training, or by subjecting yourself to training.

  • What Is Training

Training is teaching or developing ones self or others in any skill and knowledge or fitness that relates to specific useful competencies.

Training has a lot to do with the physical, mental, psychological, and spiritual aspect of an individual.
(1 Timothy 4:13-16)

  • HINDRANCES TO BUILDING CAPACITY

1.) Lack of access to the right knowledge.
(Ecclesiastes 10:10)

2.) Laziness.
(Proverbs 20:4)

3.) Procrastination.
(Ecclesiastes 11:1-2, 4&6)
