In addition to our family and friends, we have God and His Word. The Bible is our greatest and best support in times of adversity; He gives us comfort, advice and the necessary correction at the right times.

In the Bible, we can find numerous examples of Resilience; Abraham, the father of faith, waited for years for his son Isaac and received the promises from God (Genesis 21:22).

    If friend @darlenys01 is if it is a great test of resilient, you are absolutely right the only way to cope with difficulties is to hold on to God, the only one who gives us the strength to move forward
