You just have to believe God

Jesus Christ already conquered all the work of the devil on the cross of Calvary, resurrecting on the third day and now sitting at the right hand of the father; he wants to set us free and we can learn to continually live in his victory if we can believe him

In the quoted verse God is encouraging us not to fear in the midst of afflictions; because in due time he will deliver his faithful as he has done since the foundation of the world where he himself has liberated all those who in their lives have been faithful to him such as: Gideon, Moses and others through the anointing, what which symbolizes the invisible action of the holy spirit as the blessings of God when his people fight for victory and believe him

God frees us through his word and it is precisely what he wants to be able to free us from the slavery of emotions since they are the emotions that besiege us and burden us with all kinds of emotional situations that at this time are very frequent and even in God's people

People who have decided to hand over their burdens to God are firmer people and live in a calmer way because they believe God and are convinced that for God there are no impossibilities, therefore there are no burdens that can go above God.

The world today lives stressed, discouraged, disappointed, with strong depressions and all kinds of severe emotional situations because they lock themselves in their afflictions and do not raise their gaze to God; when the only one who can support or heal the emotions of the soul is Jesus Christ, the giver of life.

This does not mean that Christians do not have this type of problem, if it happens to us, but we have hope because we surrender our burdens to God and put them in the best hands, knowing that only from him will we receive comfort and rest
