Greetings brothers from this beautiful community, I wish you are well, Here I continue uploading and sharing content with all of you, wishing you bless you, and also hoping to improve my performance as a new user every day on this platform.

The Bible teaches us in Hebrews 12:1-2 that we must cast off every weight of sin that besets us. The term SIEGE, has to do with a war strategy used since ancient times and in our days by the militias of many countries, this has to do with the practice of cutting off or preventing all means of water, food and consumer goods supplies. service, in order to make the enemy submit by hunger and thirst, and then destroy him.

Hebrews 12:1-2 Therefore, we also, having around us such a great cloud of witnesses, let us cast off all weight and the sin that assails us, and let us run with patience the race that lies ahead, keeping our eyes on Jesus , the author and finisher of faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross

In the same way sin is manifested in us, it besieges us every day, throughout life trying to take away our peace with God and kill us spiritually.

It is good to know that we cannot win alone, only by putting our eyes on Jesus will we obtain victory.

Christ suffered the punishment of the cross and is seated at the right hand of God, exercising the role of intercessor on our behalf.

Our attitude to overcome must be diamond renewed, not allowing sin to defeat us but we to triumph over it.

James 4:7. Therefore, submit to God. Resist the devil, then, and he will flee from you. So be subject to God; resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

Deep reading of God's word daily and persevering prayer make us sanctified believers and make us less vulnerable to sin because our flesh is subject to Christ.

The word of God is water of life that cleanses us and changes our desire to sin against God or against our neighbor, transforming our character to the will of God. Blessings.
