Sloth or laziness is considered one the worst sins amongst all sins and also one of the seven deadly sins.
A slothful person or lazy person is the one who never lifts a finger to do any work. He is always idle eventhough there is work to do.
Most of the time people misunderstand laziness and sleep. They're not the same. A person can love staying in bed a lot but is very productive and resourceful, always bringing bread to the table. On the other hand, another person wouldn't love sleep at all but will ran around idle without helping or doing any work to help himself and family; this person is considered as a sloth.
The bible or God, of course, doesn't cherish anyone who loves and lives a lazy life.
The servant who didn't utilize his talent given to him his master was besmirched and punished.

“His lord answered and said unto him, ‘Thou wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not strawed" Matthew 25:26

The word "slothful" was used in the text because the servant wasn't productive in anyway.
That's why the bible tells the sloth to go to the ant and learn her ways.

"Go to the ant, thou sluggard; consider her ways, and be wise: [7] Which having no guide, overseer, or ruler, [8] Provideth her meat in the summer, and gathereth her food in the harvest. [9] How long wilt thou sleep, O sluggard? when wilt thou arise out of thy sleep?” Proverbs 6:6-9

So being a sloth in physical terms simply means one is lazy, idle and not productive in any way.
Also, slothfulness can be taken in a spiritual way. It's not always about being idle. It might happen that you're very hardworking and resourceful but still a sloth spiritually. When we feel lazy to read our bibles and do things that are expected of us to do as Christians or believers, we gradually turn into spiritual sluggards or sloths.

Romans 12:11
"Do not be slothful in zeal, be fervent in spirit, serve the Lord."

God always wants us to be diligent and zealous both physically and spiritually because the blessings of a hardworking person are bountiful.
So if you think you're a sloth physically and you lack enthusiasm for the work of God, I pray that you get out of it and God will bless you.
Get busy!

What if you produce a lot but it's all rubbish?? (Me, not this post)

that's not productive is it?

Well you're producing and often it's the effort that's important. Whether it's rubbish or not is in the eye of the beholder. Therefore, I have come to the conclusion that producing rubbish is not a sin 🙂

Hahahha...that's a nice explanation..i understand
