And Ezra the priest brought the law before the congregation... and read from the book... from dawn to noon. Ezra 8:2-3.
π€ Imagine the scene: A large crowd silently watches as Ezra climbs onto a newly constructed platform in the plaza. When he opens the π everyone stands up. They praise God with the π up, then πββοΈπββοΈ with their faces on the ground. Esdras begins to read.
As he reads... A strange sound starts to rise π―, which spreads through the crowd, it's the sound of crying π.
The Law that Ezra was reading was very old, but that day he pointed out something new, people began to listen to the Book π in a different way, they were being rebuilt π οΈ with a material as strong as the stones of their recently finished Wall. city ββπ¦. From that day on they were known as "The People of the Book".

The Word of God has that effect, a power that affects those who listen to it π£οΈ. People feel compelled to praise Godπ€, cry for their sins, change their behavior and renew their promises to Godπ.
You have in your hands That Book π the safest prophetic Word, to which it says, that we do well if we are attentive to it...
Scrutinize it, learn and put it to work πͺ, for it is the Word of God himself.
THE DROP OPENS THE STONE, NOT BECAUSE OF ITS STRENGTH, BUT BECAUSE OF ITS PERSISTENCE, SO THAT CONSTANT PRAYER ACHIEVE TRIUMPHS IN OUR LIFE.
Salvation is not a game, it is something very real and that we must consider as long as we live, as long as we exist on this physical plane.
