Romans 13:14 But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.
The flesh is the human nature that is prone to sin anytime it's ignored or fed.
It is that human desire to do evil, irrespective of how the man plans to be in good conduct.
In order to conquer the flesh, we must put on Christ.
This is the first step in the battle against the sinful nature. It must be fought within by an individual by constantly and deliberately feeding his mind with God's word.
Second, we need to stop giving the flesh the foods that makes it grow. It could be evil thought, ungodly print media, ungodly videos, among other information.
Refuse to entertain gossips and evil news carriers.
The path of Christ is a path of righteousness and only the presence of Christ can help us navigate through the path, for there are wolfs ready to devour.
Make no provision for the lust of the flesh, then is your victory assured.
