Psalms 126:6 He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.

The universe is governed by sowing and reaping. Nobody can stay without sowing, provided they are alive. Thus, we can sow both good and bad seeds unconsciously.

Everyday we sow different seeds in different soils, through different methods. The seeds of giving, speaking, caring, serving God and humanity.

Most times, the seasons of sowing are challenging and if the sower is not committed enough, he might give up and wait for fair weather. Most times, the fair weather never comes.

Thus, the absence of conducive weather conditions pushes the sower to shade tears in the process of sowing his seeds.

This is why the Almighty God steps in to reward those that sowed good seeds with bountiful harvest.

It's expedient that everyone of us should be careful and intentional about what seeds we sow, for the harvest is inevitable, irrespective of the duration of germination.

Let us sow seeds of love, not hatred. Let us sow seeds of giving, not selfishness. Let us sow seeds of service, not laziness.

Let us sow seeds of commitment, not lack of seriousness. Let us sow seeds of prayers, not excessive sleep.

If we don't give up, we shall smile again, for the harvest is at hand and Jesus the Lord of harvest comes with bountiful rewards.

He'll wipe away every tears. He'll destroy the shame. Jesus is too faithful to fail. He never abandoned anyone in the midst of storms.

We shall doubtlessly rejoice again.

Let's pray together.
Heavenly Father, thank you for being there for us through all our years of sowing. Thank you for the harvest at hand. Please give us the grace to remain steadfast till the end, in Jesus name. Amen.
