This happens because we see a lot of discrepancy between what is said and what is actually done. And it is not really possible to make good policy when the words are not fulfilled and much less good management when people are chosen who are not qualified for management.

Let's see what Ecclesiastes 10 tells us
5 There is an evil that I have seen under the sun, like error emanating from the prince:
6 Foolishness is set on great heights, and the rich sit in a low place.
7 I saw servants riding upon horses, and princes walking as servants upon the earth.

Here is compared an evil seen in life, similar to the mistake that rulers make, therefore here we can see that it is a very bad decision of the person who governs not to choose people who are able to fully direct the position that is assigned to him.

So we can say that one of the main reasons why people do not succeed in their governments is to place in their work team incapable people, the positions are granted more by commitments, convenience or friendships than by the ability of the person.

If we are blessed with a position of eminence or if we have people in our charge we must be responsible, train them and be very clear that a fool can not occupy an important position because it will lead to the debacle, because the fools believe they are wise in their own opinion and when they are wrong they will not have enough humility to recognize it.

We must act with justice and elevate people who do their job well, surround ourselves with this type of people.

One of the most important things that every leader must do is to surround himself with capable people, people who are agile enough to face the problems generating solutions, and also the people who have been gifted with wisdom and intelligence must stop hiding or excusing themselves and begin to take possession of what God has given them to exercise authority in what they are capable of doing, it is time for the just to govern, for honest people to rise to govern, it is time for the Josephs of this time to go out to the front lines of battle and to transform a society.

The unjust have taken the field because the just have allowed it, there are those who think that Christians can not occupy important positions, when it is the opposite, the world has suffered a setback in their values just to leave the government of the same to those who do not profess principles of love, honesty and direction of God.

You can be part of that generation that transforms a society.
