Nehemiah was a man used by God in his time, a man who stood out from the heap, an illustrious man, who fulfilled a task given by God, Nehemiah was a rebuilder, the rebuilder of the walls of Jerusalem.
But beyond this he was a spiritual rebuilder in the life of a people.
Today we are in a time when there are many to destroy, it seems that people are more pleased in it than in building, it seems that it is more pleasant to go in favor of the bad, than of the good, and this is where I want to draw your attention and be an incentive for those who today want to go further, be different from the crowd and build or build.
Those who wish to be a Nehemiah at this time, builders, rebuilders of walls, spiritual builders of those who today are in ruins, but who have not been forgotten by God, and are still in his plans to restore and bless them.
Nehemiah was used to enforce the law, he was a man of vision, a man of prayer, we all today have a mission to fulfill, and why not follow the example of this man to carry it out?
Men like Nehemiah and the only thing we need today, people who have compassion and mercy, who are touched when they see the ruins that are now visible, who are sorry and seek God in prayer to help them build and rebuild, who recognize that only a miracle of God can transform situations that seem impossible to the human eye.
You and I can be the Nehemiahs of this time if God finds in us hearts willing to edify, to help, to contribute and above all to allow ourselves to be guided by the Holy Spirit and thus be able to identify the needs of God's people.
