Every follower of Jesus Christ must expose themselves to the Bible's perspective on money and possessions.
Many families spend more than they earn, they live a lifestyle that they cannot afford. His approach is "I DESERVE IT", we must be understood in the times or family realities that we have to live and have a spending plan as a real and viable alternative, in this way we will avoid pressure and severe conflicts in the family.
What other decision should we make to have balanced finances?

Philippians 4: 11-13 says:
"I do not say it because I have difficulties, because I have learned to be content, whatever my situation. I know how to live humbly, and I know how to have abundance; in everything and for everything I am taught, both to be satiated and to be hungry, so to have abundance. as if I was in need. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. "
Surrendering our lives to God means that we must surrender all of our being, body, soul and spirit, and this includes our finances.
