Take Five: Stop and take 5 minutes to calm down, focus, and clear your mind. Before picking up the kids after work or stopping at the store, sit in the car and calm down. Restart as if you were a computer, that will help you make better decisions, and discover that you are not really the axis on which the world revolves.
Take six breaths per minute: I am lousy about the breath thing, but inhale for five seconds, after five seconds exhale. try it is surprising.
Get it back: DO NOT give the remote control of your emotions to others, no longer continue to accuse others.
You take breaks throughout the day: Choose moments to relax a bit, talk to people you like, have a coffee looking at a beautiful place, listen to a song of your choice.
Go on a pleasure cruise: every week set aside a now for yourself, invest in tranquility, go out with friends, have fun, at the end of life, you only take the beautiful moments that you lived.
