As children of the kingdom we shouldn't subject ourselves to giving up so early, so what if you have no mom or dad is that the reason you come to conclusions that you can't go to school? Life does not have to stop the moment you lost the person that was pushing you and supporting you no it doesn't.
Stand head strong face whatever is in front of you, as kings of his kingdom the kingdom of God we are to behave like one, no one has the right to belittle you for any reason whatsoever. Give your all to God and keep believing in him. His promises in your life will come to pass though it may take months, weeks or even years.
I was told a story by my pastor, after listening to the true life story I had to sit down and ponder over it, I got to know that in most times we fail is because we give up easily. He told me a story of a boy he met during the time he was sent for ministerial work in the community where the boy lives.
1 Corinthians 16:13
Be on the alert, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong
As time goes on he realized the young boy was smart and intelligent with his clear English accent, my pastor said he was convinced that he was a learnen boy but he never hear him talked about school before, so he called him aside and start asking him what caurse he read in school and he said the boy just laughed and said he is not a student and In fact he never smelled the gate of a university he only stopped in high school.
And he asked him why the response from the boy was that in his family you can't go to school if you try it you will die that it is a COVENANT that have been for years, he even said he had an elder sister who is now late she was the only one that dare went to school finished and was given a job in the house of assembly in the state, a job that can't be gotten easily if you are not qualified. He said she died the day she received her first salary as an employee from a terrible accident.
From that day his parents refused sending any of them to school, they where all tied to a tradition and they kept suffering from it, not knowing they is a way out through Jesus.
To cut the story short my pastor prayed for them and asked him to go pick a form to enroll for exams that will qualify him for admission into the university, and he is now a graduate and successful business man with eatery's all over town, see how the devil wanted shutting down that soul for life with an evil Covenant.
So am here to encourage you not to ever give up on you, no matter the situation you are in never give up. Am a living testimony, I passed through a lot of difficulties and am still going through them but givin up is not in the equation. Stay strong and safe never give up. Gracias 🙏
