At some point in our life we have paryed as Christian's and ask some things from God but it's not forth coming.

Now one may be asking what those this scripture has to do with the topic above. Oh yes it has alot to do with the topic. Move with me as I unfold reasons why so many prayers are not answered. WHAT IS HINDERANCE? Hinderanc is a thing that provides resistance,delay or obstruction to something or someone. WHAT IS PRAYER? Prayer is a means of communicating to God and laying all our problems and supplication to him. Prayer is also a spiritual communication between man and God. A two-way relationship in which man should not only talk to God but also listen to him. Having explained what hinderanc and prayers is let look at why we most pray as a Christian. WHY MUST WE PRAY (1). Prayer attracts God (Psalms 66:16-20). The moment you pray you attracts God to look towards your direction, it makes him know that you are serious about this matter, even when he knows he just wants commitment from u.

(2). Prayer moves angels (Daniel 9:20-23)
You don't pray once and sit back and say u have prayed God oya do ur own .No the bible says Daniel did not stop praying till he saw result, even when his prayers was answered on the very first day he prayed but he didn't relaxed he continued praying till the angels came in to fight and make sure his answers was delivered to Daniel, so this is a more reason u don't have to stop till u get answers.

(3). Prayer attacks demons (Ephesians 6:10-13.
The moment u pray demons are threatened by your prayers they run very far away from that environment.

(4). Prayer unlocks us(Psalms 32:1-7)

(5). Prayer transforms others (job 22:27-30)
Your prayers can only transform others when u are an intercessor and not a prayer warrior. There are difference between an intercessor and a prayer warrior.
An intercessor will pray till something positive happens even after it has happened he continues praying for the miracle to be sustanced
A prayer warrior prays once and don't care If the prayers are answered or not.
So ur prayers can transform other in ways u don't believe, just as Job prayed for his friends.

Now here brings me to the main topic below are the reasons why many prayers are being hindered.

REASONS WHY PRAYERS ARE BEING HINDERED.

(1). Unconfessed sin (Psalms 66:18 Romans 10:10)
Many come before God with unconfessed sins thinking that God don't know what u have done in the secret. Confessing to God is the best than confessing to man.

(2). Lack of faith (mark6:1-6 james1:6-8)
Many Christian's pray without faith, they doubt that God can do what they are asking of. Now if u don't believe that God can do it why are u still praying. In Hebrews 11:1 it says that faith is the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen. So when praying u must have enough faith that God has answered ur prayers.

(3). Disobedience ( 1 Samuel 15:23)
So many Christian's pray but lack the spirit of obedience, to obey what God is saying to them or what God has asked them to do. In the verse 1samuel it says that Disobedience is like the sin of witchcraft, why pray when u can't o ey the instructions of the one ur praying to.

(4). Unforgiveness (Matthew 6:14-15;18:21-42;phil 2:3-4)
How do u except God to hear and answer your prayers when there are people u have caged in the prison of ur heart.. the principles of the kingdom is not easy like bread and butter there are things that counts even when we think it doesn't.

(5).Wrong motives (1John 5:14;Luke 22:42)
People pray for different reasons but there are others who pray for wrong reasons. Some people pray for God to bless them so that they can show off, some pray for blessings so that they can wicked some people that has not being good to them at a point in their life, while some others pray for genius reason. Have a right motive for praying.

If I continue going on and on maybe the pages will be filled up.But here
So many things can hinder once prayers from being answered, one of the things that heat me more is the unforgiveness part, u see so many people holding others in their heart saying I will never forgive them for what they have done. If u read the Bible passage I dropped Matthew it's says how many times will ur brother offend u before u forgive and he said 7 * 7 and Jesus said no 70 * 7 for one day now my question,
Have that ur friend, brother, sister, father, mother, daughter, son, relatives offended u 419times in one day that u can't forgive. Remember the Lord's prayers we say everyday, FATHER FORGIVE US AS WE FORGIVE THOSE WHO OFFEND US we say dis every day and we don't mean them and still we want our prayers to be answered.
Checkmate your self ur pastor, prophet, Rev F, Evg is not fake and God is very much in them but u are the one with a big issues here, checkmate your life ur words ur character and ask God to forgive u in the areas that u have being the cost of ur hinderanc to ur own prayers...
Just one prayer point.
