As Christians, we need to acknowledge our sinful state before we see a need for change. The change can only come when we have Jesus Christ in our lives. And stewardship is one area we can express his work or love in us. Stewardship supercede many different aspects of the Christian's life.
As recorded in the Bible, stewardship among others things, becomes a powerful tool against the danger of worldliness which is one of the greatest spiritual trap the enemy sets for our souls. Màny people are yet to understand that wealth and possession are vain and they will eventually loss their value. Notwithstanding, the love of the world as destroyed many souls because of lust. For a person or Christian to overcome the lust of the flesh, lust of the eyes and pride of life, we must manifest the principles of stewardship in our lives.

Stewardship is a daily practical expression of what it means to follow Christ; it's an expression of our love for God. We are stewards because God first loves us.
When we talked about living a stewards life, it includes our attitude, commitment, character, conversation, self-discipline etc. As steward of God, it is expected from us to be faithful, trustworthy, be selfless and displaying the character of Christ in every thing we do.
In our Christian life, we have learnt that contentment of righteous living is a result of a good stewardship. God has entrusted us to his work, so we are to use our resources for God's glory. These lesson is pointing us to our responsibility as servants and how we can, by God's grace fulfill those tasks, not trying to get salvation but as fruit of the salvation we have.
Let the world see God's character in our lives as Christians stewards. Always live according to biblical principles that you know and you will enjoy happiness, beauty and godliness. The temptations to live a godless lives is everywhere but as Christians stewards we don't only know how to escape the temptation but the power is made available.
Matt. 25:23 His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!
There is always a reward for faithful servants or stewards, from the master. Be a good and steward, so that you will share in your masters happiness.
