Psalm 121
2 My help came from Jehovah,
That made the heavens and the earth.
3 He will not give your foot to the slide,
The one who saves you will not fall asleep.
4 Behold, he will not fall asleep or sleep
The one who keeps Israel.
5 Jehovah is your guardian;
Jehovah is your shadow at your right hand.
6 The sun will not tire you by day,
Not the moon at night.
7 Jehovah will keep you from all evil;
He will keep your soul.
8 Jehovah will keep your way out and your entrance
From now and forever.

God keeps those who seek him and believe him with sincerity and humility of heart because those who truly believe God and trust in his word are very blessed.

Naturally, humanity lives its life behind the backs of the author of its days, most people want to approach God when they go through situations that they do not understand because they live too close to the things of the world and have no space in their lives for God .
And obviously when the bad day arrives, they wake up because they have no hope since they don't have God as their priority.

However, Christians who believe God always have in their mouth a word of gratitude to Him because they understand that everything they are and have comes from the hand of God and this is what the psalmist describes in this psalm.
David begins by describing "the mountains" as an aid and refuge in his life and that is that Christians raise our eyes and hands with gratitude towards the mountains that represents the presence of God in our lives.

He asks himself a question and then answers and we also ask ourselves that same question, where will my help come from? our help comes from Jehovah there is no other refuge or other help but the one that comes from Jehovah who embraces and sustains us.

Jehovah is our helper, our high refuge our creator who made heaven and earth.
He is our refuge in times of difficulties but it is also our refuge and joy in times of joy because we carry it in our soul and sustain ourselves through his word.

In God we have hope, peace and security and although adversities want to confuse us and sow fear in our hearts He sustains us and keeps us in the day of evil.
