David was prophesied of a king that will rule over all nations of the world. In Psalm 72:8, He said “He shall have supremacy from sea to sea also, and from the river to the ends of the earth.” Isiah 9:7 says regarding that King, “Of the increment of his government and peace there won't be end....” Our Lord Jesus is the head of the Kingdom of God, of which we are a part of Him. The kingdom is a real Kingdom; it's a spiritual kingdom that's functional.
Our witiness of the Kingdom is necessary; we shouldn't place our focus our out our minds on this earth as if everything would end here; there is a world that is more greater than this earth. Colossians 3:1-2 says, “...look for those things that are above, where Christ sits on the right hand of almighty God. Place your affection on the things that's above, not on the things that's on the earth.” How would you do that? It's by being stedfast.
Don't be move by worldly things, always abound in the work of the our Lord, seeing and know that your labour in thus earth is not in vain in the Lord” (1 Corinthians 15:58). The days we live now is the last days; place your focus on the Lord and the Kingdom of the Lord. Let Him be your focus. Be on the fire for almighty God in all the time; be precise in the season, and out of the season, proclaiming His fact.
