  1. “The Chaldeans answered the king, and said, “THERE IS NOT A MAN ON EARTH WHO CAN TELL THE KING'S MATTER [Dream]; therefore no king, lord, or ruler has ever asked such things of any magician, astrologer, or Chaldean.
  2. “It is a difficult thing that the king requests, and there is no other who can tell it to the king except the gods, whose dwelling is not with flesh.” ”
    Daniel 2:10,11 (NKJV)

• In those days the earthly kings were barbaric because so much power was conferred on them, thus they tend to abuse the power.

  • Truly, nobody could tell Nebuchadnezzar his dream because there is no one who CAN know the dream which someone else's had in their sleep, even if they did sleep on the same bed, except it is revealed by God.
  • However, the answer given to the king by the astrologers and magicians, which is a fact and Truth, aggravated his annoyance. HE decreed that all the wise men in Babylon be destroyed.
  • Many ministers are not sure whether God would answer them or not—When they do call on Him.
  • Daniel told the king to give him time that he would get the dream and the interpretation for the king (Daniel 2:16).
  • What gives the confidence that God would answer your prayer is the communion or fellowship you have constantly been having with Him.
IF your fellowship with Him is shallow, not deep, or you are living in disobedience to His Word, the boldness would not be there to approach Him and ask for anything (Hebrews 10:19-23).
  • When you walk with God in total obedience to His Word and counsel, you obey His instructions, then you will have a listening hear before Him.
  • The person whom God reveals Himself, tells His mind, is the one He approves (Galatians 1:11,12).
GOD shut the door of revelation to the person He does not approve!
  1. “Then He said, “Hear now My words: If there is a prophet among you, I, the LORD, make Myself known to him in a vision; I speak to him in a dream.

  2. Not so with My servant Moses; He is faithful in all My house.

  3. I SPEAK WITH HIM FACE TO FACE, EVEN PLAINLY, AND NOT IN DARK SAYINGS; AND HE SEES THE FORM OF THE LORD. Why then were you not afraid To speak against My servant Moses?” ”
    Numbers 12:6-8 (NKJV)

  4. “AND IT SHALL BE THAT THE ROD OF THE MAN WHOM I CHOOSE WILL BLOSSOM; thus I will rid Myself of the complaints of the children of Israel, which they make against you.”

  5. Now it came to pass on the next day that Moses went into the tabernacle of witness, and behold, the rod of Aaron, of the house of Levi, had sprouted and put forth buds, had produced blossoms and yielded ripe almonds.”
    Numbers 17:5,8 (NKJV)

  • Revelation, hearing from God, is the proof that God approves a Minister.
GOD said about Moses: "I SPEAK WITH HIM FACE TO FACE, EVEN PLAINLY, AND NOT IN DARK SAYINGS [riddles]...." (Numbers 12:8 NKJV).
  • The proof that you have a call and that you have a good rapport with God is the strength and cordiality of the relationship and how often you hear from Him.
  • If you do not have any audience before God, It means you are weightless in the Kingdom.
  1. “Then Daniel went to his house, and made the decision known to Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah, his companions,
  2. that they might seek mercies from the God of heaven concerning this secret, so that Daniel and his companions might not perish with the rest of the wise men of Babylon.
  3. THEN THE SECRET WAS REVEALED TO DANIEL IN A NIGHT VISION. SO DANIEL BLESSED THE GOD OF HEAVEN.”
    Daniel 2:17-19 (NKJV)

• If you are genuinely called OF God, and you call on Him in prayer, He will surely answer you.

  • God will not leave you in the time of distress.
GOD would not allow Daniel and his companions to die with the wise men of Babylon, He did reveal the secret to Daniel in a night vision (Daniel 2:18,19).
  • God would distinguish His faithful servants:
"17 They shall be Mine,” says the LORD of hosts, “On the day that I make them My jewels. AND I WILL SPARE THEM AS A MAN SPARES HIS OWN SON WHO SERVES HIM.” 18 Then you shall again discern Between the righteous and the wicked, BETWEEN ONE WHO SERVES GOD AND ONE WHO DOES NOT SERVE HIM" (Malachi 3:17,18).

• Are you faithful to God who appointed you? “NOT SO WITH MY SERVANT MOSES; HE IS FAITHFUL IN ALL MY HOUSE. I SPEAK WITH HIM FACE TO FACE, Even plainly, and not in dark sayings; And he sees the form of the LORD....” (Number 12:7,8).

  • Your faithfulness is shown or revealed through visions and revelations God is willing to give to you (2 Corinthians 12:1; Galatians 1:11,12).
THE writer of the book of Hebrews says Jesus Christ was faithful to God who appointed Him.
  1. “Therefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our confession, CHRIST JESUS,
  2. WHO WAS FAITHFUL TO HIM [God] WHO APPOINTED HIM, AS MOSES ALSO WAS FAITHFUL IN ALL HIS HOUSE.”
    Hebrews 3:1,2 (NKJV)

• You will not fail in Jesus' name.
Peace!
