Believing that God exists is already a step of faith that we are taking, but in addition to this, there must be a full conviction in us that we will receive what we are asking for, as long as it is submitted to the will of God.
I clarify this because no matter how much faith and conviction you have, if you are asking for something outside of what God has prepared for you, you will never see it, that is why we must ask with wisdom.
So having faith is not enough, we also have to be sure that we will receive what we are asking for, and when we ask for something and we are sure that God is going to do it, then we live in peace, calm, we act and God moves in our favor.
The Bible teaches us the story of the woman with the flow of blood, a woman who had faith, she believed in her heart that Jesus could heal her and in addition to this she acted. What does this mean, that she had great faith believing that Jesus was the son of God, she firmly believed in her heart that He could save her and looked for a way to go where He was to look for her miracle.
When you have the conviction that God is going to do something for you, then you move in favor of it, do your part and let God do his.
The woman with the issue of blood could have said that she had faith and stayed at home confined to that faith, hoping that one day her miracle would come, however, she, just because of that faith, moved from her place and went in search of her miracle. And found it.
There are times when God will ask us to be still, but we must be attentive because many times miracles do not come into our lives because we do not take the action of not making a little effort, when God has prepared the ground and the only thing He waits for is that we arrive up there to meet the miracle.
Move in faith for what you are asking for today, act and you will see how God makes your wishes come true in your life.
