7월 2일 부터 시작한 하루 목표량 걷기 이벤트 10일차입니다!
7월 11일(목)은 4.52km 걷기를 완료하여 목표 3km 달성했습니다! ^^
오늘은 어제 생각했었던,
운동 전 아무생각 없이 운동 시작하기 규칙(?)에 따라
기계적으로 시작해보았습니다! ^^
