The past month and some weeks now, has been a rollercoaster of ups and downs, filled with late-night sleeps, emergency rushes, and emotional reflections, primarily related to a loved one's health.
However, on this post, I would like to skip that and rather focus on the blessings of mid-November, particularly in my Steem solar and electricals business.
This week, I successfully installed a 1.5KVA solar system for a client who had always dreamed of harnessing solar power in his home, especially during this petrol hike. It's fulfilling to turn his vision into reality after saving for a long time.
After he made payment for his system, I contacted my welder few days ago to fabricate a solar panel stand.
In just a day, he made the stand.
And we installed the stand using cement.
Solar installation
The system
Inverter - 1.5KVA by 12 volt
Charge controller- 60A MPPT
Battery - 220Ah
Panel - 400W (2 pieces)
Wire - 6mm
After that, everything was set and it was time to install the panels and the inverter. Ofcourse, I did that today.
They were 400W solar panels. I actually gave him at affordable price. This was to create aa good customer relationships and perhaps, open ways to future business with him.
I started my installation with the panels. They were all connected in parallel. The system is a 12V system.
The good thing about this position is that, it is a good spot for sun to hit on the panels and as such, the output would be excellent giving a good charge.
Next was the connections of the battery and the inverter.
After the entire connections, everything worked well and my client was satisfied with my services.

Yes, the shady spot isn’t bad. The sun in that spot is very high.
