Sohni Dharti Arts And Crafts

I belong to Pakistan and there are many festivals in Pakistan which are celebrated with great enthusiasm. But I want to tell you about my city Sahiwal. A Sohni Dharti Arts and Crafts Fair is held in the city of Sahiwal. Which showcases many things that tell the culture of our region. What it includes and how it is enjoyed here.

In this fair everything from our region is displayed and bought and sold. It includes our poetry, and handmade items from our region, including furniture, beds, carpets, etc. And so things created through color schemes are exhibited and bought and sold.

Jewelry from here paintings arts and crafts from here beds made from here wood made from wood and so on show pieces are many things that are displayed at this fair. And people buy from here and keep the culture of this area in their homes for beauty. Because there are very skilled people sitting here who win the hearts of people through their art and craft. Similarly, local food stalls are set up in which people come and enjoy the local food.

It is the only culture that people here decide to celebrate. The committee that has been formed for this purpose decides on which day it should be celebrated. Because it is a cultural day, we celebrate culture with our own will and the will of our regional people.

In Pakistan, this culture is managed in Sahiwal district of Punjab province. The regional people here actively participate, they bring their hand-made things here and give their offense to the people. Because many people come from out of region who like our culture and come and enjoy there. I live in a village and most of the people in the village are farmers. And they display the implements that are used in farming. There they carry the implements made by their own hands which present themselves there as how they carry out their farming. I also joined them and participated in this campaign so that people could be happy and enjoy our regional culture.

A fair called Sohni Dharti Arts and Crafts is held in Sahiwal. I like it a lot because through it we can express our culture to other people. There are many areas in our country that we do not know what their culture is like. These are the fairs where we promote our culture, thereby increasing our citizenship. And people like us like our stuff.

Every region organizes fairs in which they describe the traditional culture of their region. This gives us a lot of benefits because wherever we go for a visit, we get to know how the culture is, how the lifestyle is. As they live, we join them in the same way. So organizing these things is very important. And so we find many things that we use as decoration in our homes.

Question 04

Through the tradition of any region, we can promote tourism more. Because we organize such fairs in our area, people will come here and enjoy here. Because as soon as we provide something for entertainment, many people come there to see something new and enjoy it. I would like to say that this is a very good thing through which people from outside come to see our culture and tourism is promoted.
