Hi @blessedlife. I'm glad to be part of this amazing movement, sharing and disclosing a love song that reminds me of Nigeria. Qing Madi is her name. At age of 18, she sang a song that became popular in tiktok, and today, the song American Love has gained massive attraction all over the universe.

Where was she born?

Qing Madi was born in Benin city, Nigeria.

Her expression in the song:

Qing Madi uses her lyrics to expose to Africans the height of love expressed by Nigerian people, exposing the complexities in American culture. She revealed that to love in America is much more different when compared to one in Nigeria. And from her expression, there's an imported notion, signifying that Nigeria is the most beautifully designed love-pond.

In her Instagram page, she wrote: “American love was given to me by my mother to tell the world that there's nowhere like Nigeria”.

If I can remember, someone sang a song similar to this, though not about love but the nation itself.

Why did she name it ‘American love?’.

Because she wanted other culture to build their own culture and stop depending from others. Since the one they are looking up to are not much fantastic.
