There is news that has me indignant and sad, I am referring to the suspension of the Viper mission, it is a NASA Rover that should investigate to search for water, water ice or water in molecular form on the moon, and this is significant what is happening at both NASA and ESA.

The space agencies are not directed by beings of light, they also make mistakes, let's say they are mistakes and they are above all machines, the European space agency and the ESA Sorry, the ESA and NASA are above all machines for extending contracts and this is happening too much, that a mission becomes something secondary, the contracts swell, until it is done because the one who keeps the accounts says there is no more money and what should be a vital mission in this case for the Artemis program is suspended.

The Viper mission has exceeded its budget of 434 million and when they said enough, whoever keeps the accounts in the United States, the mission had already reached 610 million and the Rover had obviously not yet been launched to the moon, this will surely also be a symptom of new delays in the Artemis program that aims to return Humans to the moon.
