Login to your wallet using https://steemitwallet.com/@steemrice01/transfers using your Private active key.
Click on the Steem
You will be shown this menu
Click on the transfer button and a form will pop up
To will have the name of the bot, amount means the amount you want to send and memo will contain the link of the post on which you need an upvote.
Clicking next will show you, your entered details and confirmation will be granted on ok button.
