It’s a cactus of the cactaceae family, also known by the name of Sulcorebutia. It’s similar to the cacti of the Mammilaria genus because its offspring grow around it. It has the shape of a cylindrical column but flattened in its upper portion, with abundant sharp spines that do not exceed 3 cm in length. The Rebutia cactus does not exceed 10 cm in size. It is ideal for beginner collectors since it needs very little care, a lot of sun, some water, and substrate with adequate drainage. This cactus reproduces very prolifically. To transplant it just take one of the offsprings that grows next to it, let it dry for three days for the wound to heal and then proceed to transplant. In a few days you will have a new plant.
