Alright thanks, so uhmm do I have to delegate SP to them everyday also or the one time I delegate SP to them they'll be upvoting all my post?

No you just delegate the SP once and then they will upvote one post a day. You can ofcourse delegate more each day (thats what im doing to increase the money you make from their upvote)

Transferring and delegating are 2 different things....
When delegating you "freeze" your steem to SP which is stuck to your account and determines your account "worth". By delegating it you are simply lending it to Upvu.
Upvu doenst do upvotes via transfer so DONT SEND THEM STEEM!!! You will lose it! @tipu DOES do upvotes via transfer so you could use that service if you want to send steem to recieve upvotes. They refund the steem which isnt used for the upvote

how long does it take for upvu to claim my delegated steem? Cause I've delegated like an hour ago but I'm not upvoted yet I don't know maybe it's cause they haven't claim my steem yet I don't know.

Outgoing is right. Might be because 50 isnt that much so they collect rewards and pay out when its enough to meet their threshold
