Peach Blossom or also called Momo (もも) is a popular flower here in Japan.
Peach blossoms are produced by the deciduous tree botanically classified as Prunus persica, it is one of my favorite Spring flowers,
Here at Kansai Area, it blooms somewhat after the Cherry Blossoms (Sakura). I took this photo at the Japanese Shrine near my dormitory.
