Ingredients:
Tips_Ahead Use a formal measuring tablespoon to measure your ingredients, not a regular eating tablespoon.
🍀1Tbsp coconut flour
🍀1Tbsp coconut oil
🍀2Tbsps water
🍀2 eggs
🍀A pinch of salt
🍀1Tbsp coconut oil for frying
🍀Filling of your choice (e.g shredded chicken or beef or chicken sausage or shredded fish, cucumber, tomato, carrot, onion, cabbage, mayonnaise etc)
#Method:
🍀Breaka and beat the eggs well. Add coconut oil and beat further.
🍀Add coconut flour and salt, and mix well to combine, then add water and mix thoroughly.
🍀Heat coconut oil in a NON STICK medium-size frying pan on medium heat. Pour the mixture into the pan and rotate the pan to enable the mixture spread out.
🍀Reduce heat to very low, and allow the it to cook through. If you use a stick pan, the mixture will stick to the pan. If the heat is also much, it will get burnt.
🍀After about 15 to 20minutes or when visibly done, gently transfer to a flat dish.
🍀Add you filling of choice to it and wrap it up.
Your coconut flour shawarma is ready to serve.
