Cooking Art?

Hey everybody, Hope you are doing well and are having a great day.
This is Saba as you might already be aware, and I would like to show you the following Picture I took last night while cooking. If I have time, I will post daily the pics I take from time to time here. I would appreciate your comments/upvotes.

I think the mess I made can be called art. It wasn’t supposed to happen and I still have not had time to clean it up but I must say the meal I made was 100% worth this.
