I was able to make these lowish carb Italian sandwich cookies. By lowish carb I mean everything is low carb and sugar free except for the sprinkles. I used sugar free raspberry jam, Lily's chocolate chips and this great low carb cookie recipe below. 😋☕🍪🇮🇹
