There are many species of this beautiful flower known as Morning Glory. About a thousand species of Morning Glory are found in many parts of the world. Scientific name for this species of Morning Glory found in Bangladesh is Ipomoea Purpurea.
Morning Glory comes in various colors including blue, bright red, white, dark purple, pink. Dark purple, pink and azure are the most common colors found in Bangladesh. Most of the flowers bloom in the morning. However, some varieties of flowers bloom late at night or very early in the morning.
