As the name implies, the golden pheasant also known as the rainbow pheasant is a bird of beauty. Deriving it’s name from Latin and Greek, it is a bird mainly found in China but can be found in other places in the world albeit in minute numbers. They can grow to about 105cm in length and feed on grains, leaves and invertebrates. Due to its beauty, it is most found in zoos and aviaries. Thank you all and steem on.
