This is Tradescantia zebrina that’s formerly known as Zebrina pendula which is a species of spiderwort in the family of Commelinaceae.
It’s sometimes known as the inch plant, but its preferred common name is the wandering jew, a common name it shares with other closely related species tradescantia, fluminensis & tradescantia pallida.
