Agave america var. franzosinii is an evergreen plant in the family of Asparagaceae, subfamily of Agavoideae.
It’s widely cultivated in many places & has been known/called by several names, including Agave franzosinii & Agave beaulueriana.
Its sometimes grown as a hedge & ts leaves are also used medicinally or grown for their useful fibres.
It’s also used as an ornamental plant & its flowering stems can be used for your fencing.

I have seen this plant too here in our place. You are right indeed having this ornaments. This is probably one of those different varieties of what we known as snake plant. Great! #stockphotos
