This is Ctenanthe oppenheimiana, the giant bamburanta or never never plant which is a species of flowering plant in the family of Marantaceae & is a native of Brazil.
It’s an evergreen perennial that can grow to more than 1m tall & broad, with the long narrow leaves up to 40cm in its length.
