This is Graptophyllum pictum which is also known as the caricature-plant, a shrub in the family of Acanthaceae.
It’s a well-known garden shrub & native to the New Guinea.
Caricature plant is quite beautiful & primarily grown for the variegated foliage. The oval to elliptic leaves are usually deep green varyingly blotched with cool cream along the midveins.
