It’s a very beautiful species of flowering plant belonging to the family of Araceae. It’s native or originally grows in Middle-America / Mexico.
The leaf is much different than other numerous species, that usually having a bit of a rubber like texture to it when matured. Most season the foliage is also an odd color / more of a green to glaucous in color & its flowers are a beautiful pink in color.
