It’s called Jatropha podagrica 'Buddha Belly Plant' is a beautiful succulent plant which is usually grown as ornamental plant, it's a very medicinal & useful much more to humans, because the latex of Jatropha that contains an alkaloid which's known as 'Jatrophine' which is believed to have an anti-cancer properties.
It's also used for some skin diseases, rheumatism & for sores on domestic livestock 'animals'.
Also the white latex serves as a disinfectant in the mouth infections in children.

some people call it ginseng plant, the roots are usable for making tonic and
as a corrective drug for erectile disorder if you know what I mean.
for all I know is that some parts of the plants are eatable because they contain some poison.
but for sure the roots are usable.
