It’s a beautiful species of the genus Plumeria in the family of Apocynaceae. It’s native to Panama, Colombia & Venezuela. This profuse bloomer has leaves in the shape of a cobra's hood, and its flowers are white with a yellow center. This is not a medical advice but some researchers use plumeria as a potential treatment for cancer & Alzheimer's disease. The plumeria's root bark is used in the treatment of blennorrhagia, herpes & syphilis, the latex from the stem is used for treating ulcers & skin diseases.
