Cafe Study Blog Menu Entry #5

Hiya! My name is Victoria! In this photo series, I will be going to cafes to try and taste test different varieties of food and drinks on their menu. I'm an avid coffee drinker and a café-goer so it's really fun for me to do this series.

This time, I'll be featuring Coffee Hour café in today's blog. Coffee Hour is also another aesthetic café that is similar with Arya's aesthetic where the design and furniture exudes rustic energy. Although, some of the elements in their café had a their own modern twist. I ordered a Caramel Frappe (which was their specialty) and an Egg Tart set. Even though their menu items are a bit expensive than other cafés that I've been to, it was somehow worth every penny. The Caramel Frappe was not too sweet, which I liked, and it still had that coffee taste since the caramel was not so overpowering. The Egg Tart was that cherry on top, it was smooth and delicate and it was also not too sweet (which was a recurring predicament in some of the Egg Tart that I've tasted. The crust of the Egg Tart was crunchy, flaky, and buttery. Overall, Coffee Hour is a café for those who are leaning towards aestheticism but also want food that helps soothe your soul.

Caramel Frappe - 8/10
Egg Tart - 9/10
