Hiya! My name is Victoria! In this photo series, I will be going to cafes to try and taste test different varieties of food and drinks on their menu. I'm an avid coffee drinker and a café-goer so it's really fun for me to do this series.
In this issue, I'll be featuring Taza Coffee Company. Taza Coffee Company is known for it's wide-array imported signature Ethiopian and Brazilian Coffee. The café is small but its modern take on a café setting made up for it. Even though I did not like how small the café was, their coffee and food was impeccable. I ordered their Seasonal White Cold Brew and along with their signature New York Style Cheesecake. The Seasonal Cold Brew gave me the kick that I needed to start the day, it had that smooth, light, and airy taste. I liked how it was creamy and silky but still had that cold brew kick of caffeine that you desire. As for the cheesecake, it was not that dense which I liked, its texture is also creamy and it melts in your mouth. You could never really go wrong with cheesecake, can you? Overall, Taza Coffee Company is the go-to café for those who seek variety in their coffee journey.
Seasonal White Cold Brew - 10/10
New York Style Cheesecake - 9/10
